Q. Why can't I search the Directory or see the Bulletin even after I Sign Up?
A. After your registration is accepted, usually within 24 hours, you may need to
Update Your Profile to access more content.
Enter as much infomation as you want to on the Login, Contact, Address,
Personal, Volunteer, and Groups tabs on the Update Profile page.
Q. Is my personal information secure?
A. The information you provide is only available to registered website users.
These are generally the same people listed in the printed Calvary Directory.
Q. What is the policy for using the on-line directory?
A. The directory shall not be used for business or fund-raising purposes,
except that a business web site address may be listed in a personal profile.
Q. Should I Log Out when I’m finished browsing the Calvary website?
A. Yes, you should Log Out to prevent others who use the same computer from
using your personal profile.
Q. How can I get a nametag?
A. If you do not yet have a nametag, please sign up on the north side of the Lobby below the screen. We would like to provide nametags for all 1st graders—adults. Those wearing green lanyards = staff and leadership; yellow lanyards = 1st-5th graders; blue lanyards = 6th-12th grade students; red lanyards = the security team; and black lanyards = adults.

Q. How do I make sure my offering is recorded for a tax receipt at the end of the year?
A. We ask that you use numbered envelopes.* To request these, mark the back of your registration card or contact the church office @ 303-776-2400. (IRS ruling states that donations must be made by check or else receipted by the organization. Cash donations are no longer deductible without a tax receipt.)
Q. How do I get more envelopes if I’m running out?
A. Contact the church office or mark the back of your registration card. Envelopes are provided as needed rather than a new box at the beginning of each year.
*EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN USING NUMBERED ENVELOPES THIS PAST YEAR, YOUR GIVING HAS BEEN RECORDED AND A TAX RECEIPT IS AVAILABLE IF YOU CONTACT THE CHURCH OFFICE.
