HOW TO BUY TICKETS TO THE WOMEN OF FAITH EVENT AT THE PEPSI CENTER

SEPTEMBER 24^TH AND 25^TH, 2010

PLEASE TYPE IN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO PULL UP MY GROUP:

When you type in the above information, my group should be near the top.

1. Click on my group and request to be a member (right side of screen)

(remember your user name and password, you will need it again)

2. Fill out your information and click on SUBMIT (everyone must register separately).  You can pay for more than one ticket but I need to have an exact count of who will be attending.  If you are paying for someone else, please let me know by email or phone.

3. I will get an email which lets me know your request to be part of the group.

4. I will then select you to be a member and you can log back in to the website using your user name and password.

5. You can only pay for more than one ticket but each person attending must be accounted for.  

7. ALL MONEY MUST BE IN BY JUNE 16th.

8.   IMPORTANT:  There are about 40 seats available in level 2. I can get more tickets but those tickets will be on the third level which is higher up. You will only be guaranteed a seat if you have paid. As tickets begin to sell, you may need to call me before you make a credit card payment to make sure your tickets are on the second level if this is where you want to be.

 

 Payments:

Once a payment has been made, a message will be sent to you  via your email.   After you have paid, you will be listed as an ATTENDEE. 

 Credit Card payments are processed immediately and will show up on the payee's credit card statement--usually between 24 and 48 hours.

 

If you need to pay by check, please give me a call and we can make arrangements. 

You can mail the check to 1094 Princeton Drive, Longmont, Co., 80503.  After I receive your check, I will add you as an ATTENDEE. Please feel free to call me with any other questions or concerns.
